One of the richest Viking graves outside of Scandinavia is in Woodstown, where a Viking chieftain was buried with his sword, shield, spear, axe, and a range of personal items like his knife, flint from the Baltic, a sharpening stone, and a ring-pin (which are now on display at Treasures of Viking Waterford in Reginald’s Tower.)
